Governance and Control

The Board of Trustees of Greenville University wholly owns the institution and is the final authority on all policy and operational decisions. The university functions within the context of the "free exercise" constitutional interpretation and is chartered by the State of Illinois to operate as a private, independent, Christian liberal arts university.
