LEAD 320 Conflict and Negotiation
Conflict is an inevitable part of social interaction. It is also the path to positive change. To navigate organizational settings, leaders must be confident in their ability to engage with those who disagree. This course teaches self-management concepts and skills necessary to engage productively with conflict in multiple contexts. furthermore, the course addresses basic negotiation concepts when one is the conflict manager among employees or teams.
