LEAD 415 Portfolio

The intent of this course is to prepare students for a preferred career within their area of expertise by creating a marketable portfolio.  The process will require using a combination marketing, self-discipline and creativity to reflect on career goals and to choose appropriate formatting and materials to accentuate the strengths and experiences that will achieve those goals.  The portfolio will be maintained online and may be used by the student in career searches.  Students should either be involved in the workforce or be within one or two semesters of launching a career to take this course.
