ENGR 340 Environmental Engineering Principles

The course introduces topics like life support system, carbon-oxygen cycle, cycling of nitrogen, sulfur and phosphorus, and the hydrologic cycle. Also covers calculation of pollution potential and treatment system parameters. Basic concepts of water and wastewater treatment, solid and hazard waste management, and air pollution abatement are also discussed.
