Constitution. Does a more revered
political document exist in the world today?
The fundamental elements of this country’s existence spring from its simply written, yet difficulty understood, pages. Throughout this course we will study the
historical context of the Constitution, the powers bestowed by it to the
different branches of our government, the powers bestowed by it to the people,
and the Supreme Court’s continued review and interpretation of this beloved
document.
