BUSN 537 Entrepreneurship

This course is designed to prepare students with the skills to start and nurture their own businesses. In this course, students will develop the knowledge, skills, and attitudes that support and enhance entrepreneurial activity. Students will be equipped with both fundamental and practical skills for starting a venture. Major topics covered include diversification, vertical integration, restructuring, synergy, cultivating a culture for innovation, instilling appropriate structures to foster innovation, and leveraging human capital.
