MUAP 110 Commercial Keyboarding I

Provides the skill set for reading and playing piano in commercial styles. Emphasis will be placed on reading chord charts, using the Nashville Number system, improvisation, chord voicing and inversions. A main emphasis will be to have the students be able to accompany themselves on piano/keyboard.
