SCWK 222 Human Behavior - Macro Environments
Explores the dimensions, theories and applications necessary for macro practice, including families in society, communities, built infrastructures, organizations, institutions, and natural and spiritual environments. Incorporates community assessments, power analysis, and group facilitation skills. Theoretical foundations include ecosystems theory, structural-functionalism, conflict theory, empowerment theory and feminist/womanist theories of community development.
