Accommodation Services
Student Success strives to provide strong academic support services for all students with learning and/or physical disabilities who require specialized accommodations. Once the student self-identifies, the ADA Coordinator will work in partnership with the student to meet their educational goals. This includes all students in the undergraduate and graduate programs.
The ADA Coordinator can provide the following accommodations for students with special needs:
- Testing Accommodations
- Textbook Alternatives
- Audio/Visual Support
- Classroom and Residential Accommodations
- Individualized Accommodations Specific to the Student
- Advocacy
A student who requires these accommodations must have official documentation on file with the Student Success Center. This documentation may be a letter from a physician or qualified professional on letterhead, a report from the student’s last psychological evaluation, or documentation of accommodations granted at a previous institution such as an IEP or 504 plan.
