Complaints from students about the implementation of the provisions and procedures of academic policies should be reported in writing to the Records Office. Complaints about the behavior code or related policies shall be made to the Dean of Students.
Academic complaints by non-Illinois residents taking online courses that have not been satisfactorily resolved by Greenville University may file a complaint with the Illinois Board of Higher Education at sara@ibhe.org.
Appeals
Academic dismissal appeals that were denied by the Undergraduate Academic Affairs Committee may submit additional information to the Vice President of Academic Affairs within three business days after notification of the denied appeal.
Students may appeal both the determination of guilt and the severity of sanctions imposed on them. Such appeals resulting from decisions made either by the Community Life Officer or by the Judicial Hearing Board can be appealed. The appeal should be addressed in writing to the Dean of Students within three working days
