BUSN 324 Human Resource Management

This course provides an in-depth exploration of human resource management (HRM) as a strategic function essential to organizational success. Through critical analysis and evaluation, students will examine HRM’s key roles and responsibilities, including workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, and employee development. The course emphasizes the development of respectful, ethical, and mission-aligned workplace practices rooted in integrity and accountability. Students will also evaluate the global, ethical, and corporate responsibility challenges impacting HR, equipping them with the knowledge to make informed and principled decisions in today’s dynamic business environments.
