Christian Thought

The Christian Thought requirement introduces students to critical thinking regarding the essentials of Christian faith and the application of faith in their college study across academic disciplines.  This course also serves as an orientation to college level study and reflection that will guide them in developing habits that lead to success in college and the student's vocation.  On-campus students are required to complete the Christian Thought course (THEO 101 or THEO 310) their first semester.  THEO 102 should be completed prior to obtaining junior status.

Freshmen and students with 59 or fewer transferable credits will take THEO 101 and THEO 102.  Transfer students with 60 or more credits or who have earned an A.A. or A.S. degree should take THEO 310.  When there are conflicts in the schedule, transfer students who cannot take THEO 310 may substitute THEO 101 and THEO 102.
