Room Charges

Please note that all single students not living at home must live in University residence halls unless special approval is obtained by the Director of Residence Life.

Fall and Spring Semesters

The standard room rate of $4,318 for the academic year or $2,159 per semester is charged to all students living in Burritt (East, West, and Annex), Dallas, Holtwick, Hood, Janssen, Joy, Kinney, and Tenney residence halls and in campus houses. The rate of $4,918 for the academic year or $2,459 is charged to students living in Mannoia Hall.  The rate of $5,518 for the year or $2,759 per semester is charged to students living in Blankenship Apartments or Upper Division Houses.  Students requesting a single dorm room will be charged an additional $800 per semester. 

Interterm

Students who enroll in an Interterm course or athletes who are required by their coaches to be on campus in January will not be charged for their room during Interterm if they were full time students in the fall.

Summer Term

 Students working on campus may rent rooms for $325 per month for the months of June, July, and August.
