BIOL 122 Field Mammalogy

This course provides an overview of the biology of Class Mammalia. In order to provide a broad understanding of mammalian biology, this course will use lectures, fieldwork, and field trips to deliver content on mammalian anatomy, physiology, diversity, and natural history. Students will receive hands-on experience with field research techniques, and multiple zoo field trips will allow an opportunity for discussion of current issues in conservation of mammals.
