PHIL 251 History Of Philosophy II
Major thinkers and themes of philosophical thought from Bacon through the twentieth century will be studied. Special attention will be given to epistemology and metaphysics. The perspectives of rationalism, empiricism, transcendental idealism, existentialism and twentieth century analytical thought will play a key role through this course.
