4.4.11.2 : Who is a responsible employee

  1. All University employees

    • Tenure and non-tenure track faculty
    • Specialized Faculty
    • Academic Professionals
    • Visiting Academic Professionals or Faculty
    • All Graduate Student Employees
    • Academic Hourly Employees
    • Third Party Contracted Employees hired as part of a contract with the University (excluding counseling and victim advocate services as defined in 4.4.11.3 : Confidential Resources
    • Campus Service employees including but not limited to administrative assistants, campus safety officers, library staff, and Resident Directors
  2. Certain Undergraduate student employees

    • Resident Assistants
    • Campus Safety Student Workers
    • Teaching Assistants

As the standard for who qualifies as a responsible employee is so broad, you should automatically consider yourself a responsible employee under the Title IX Sexual Harassment unless you qualify as a confidential resource or you are an undergraduate student employee not working in one of the above listed positions
