4.4.11.2 : Who is a responsible employee
- All University employees
- Tenure and non-tenure track faculty
- Specialized Faculty
- Academic Professionals
- Visiting Academic Professionals or Faculty
- All Graduate Student Employees
- Academic Hourly Employees
- Third Party Contracted Employees hired as part of a contract with the University (excluding counseling and victim advocate services as defined in 4.4.11.3 : Confidential Resources
- Campus Service employees including but not limited to administrative assistants, campus safety officers, library staff, and Resident Directors
- Certain Undergraduate student employees
- Resident Assistants
- Campus Safety Student Workers
- Teaching Assistants
As the standard for who qualifies as a responsible employee is so broad, you should automatically consider yourself a responsible employee under the Title IX Sexual Harassment unless you qualify as a confidential resource or you are an undergraduate student employee not working in one of the above listed positions
