Human Biology Minor
The human biology minor educates students on fundamental aspects of human biology considering Anatomy and Physiology and Genetics, which are built on a foundation of biology and chemistry. Students are also introduced to structure and function of the body, as well as the principles of genetics that control heredity.
This minor would complement majors in Psychology, Criminal Justice, Social Work, and Business who are interested in working in fields related to or interfacing with health care and community health. Students majoring in Biology cannot enroll in this minor as it is a subset of courses required by the biology major.
