EDUC 518A Early Child Special Educ Assessment
The competent teacher understands the educational assessment process and uses various assessment strategies to support the continuous development of all students. EDUC 518A is focused on children birth through age eight and will develop the conceptual and procedural foundations for assessment. The course content will include: the assessment process, terminology, strategies, interpretation, alternative assessments, procedure, accommodations & modifications, recommendations, ethical/legal responsibilities and communicating assessment results.
