2.6.9.1 : Initial Appeal

The initial appeal of the findings/sanctions of a Judicial Hearing Board or assigned case administrator shall be made to a Board of Appeal. A student has one week from notification of findings and sanctions to notify the conduct hearing officer or the Director of Community Standards and Campus Safety that they wish to file an appeal. The appeal is then forwarded to the Dean of Students. The Dean of Students or their designee then convenes a Board of Appeal.
