2.6.3.2 : Judicial Board Hearing

A student has the right to have their case heard by a Judicial Hearing Board rather than a conduct hearing officer. For clarity, the Dean of Students or other conduct hearing officer may invite other persons to the inquiry or hearing. The student may also invite one faculty/staff advocate who may be present, but not participate, throughout the judicial proceedings.
