BUSN 551 International Business

This course is an investigation into the influence of culture, economics, industry, regulation, and strategy on the management and structure of the international firm. The political, economic and organizational forms of international business and trade are explored, as well as the growth and magnitude of multinational ventures. Additionally, characteristics of managing diversity in a global organization and how to create synergy will be examined.Prerequisite: MGT510.
