BUSN 582 Signature Learning Experience
This one-of-a-kind course and educational activity allows students to take what they have learned in the classroom and apply it to real business situations. Blended into the curriculum, these experiences give students the chance to practice entrepreneurial decision-making. One credit hour per 8-week block is dedicated to this project based learning course. Businesses both nationally and internationally work with our students to complete business development tasks that mutually benefit both the students and the business leaders. This course challenges students to apply their business skills for complex problem-solving and frequently provides an opportunity to practice leadership and teamwork skills, apply ethical and socially responsible reasoning, and examine decisions in the context of a global and ever-changing economic environment. Must complete the course four times.
