EDUC 527 Adaptive Strategies Special Education

Multiple and diverse, and moderate to intensive support systems for students with disabilities are the target components of the course. Concepts addressed are, adaptive equipment and materials, assistive technology services and devices, augmentative/alternative communication, curricular design and delivery of service, health issues, and collaborative planning/scheduling. LBS1 certification requirements are the focus of the methods course.
