EDUC 533 Literacy Instruction Assessment
This course will examine the impact of social contexts of families, schools, and the greater community which shape individuals. Development of individuals' intellectual and interpersonal capacities, preferences, and goals are shaped by their social contexts. Assessment of student's current reading and writing development will be examined. The combined results of these assessments will serve as a basis for creating a classroom climate that promotes learning and instructional focused lessons that accelerate learning.
