Photo Identification Cards

All employees must secure an identification card, at no charge, from the Campus Safety and Security office. The identification card should be carried when on campus. The identification card is required to be turned in to the Human Resources Office when employment is terminated. An employee who has lost their photo identification card is responsible for the replacement cost.
