Cancellation Policy

If the School of Education must cancel the student teaching placement, the following dates and fees will apply:

Cancellation by:

February 1 = no fee

February 2 - March 31 = $250

After April 1 = $600

The cancellation fee may be waived for emergency situations on a case-by-case basis by petition to the Director of Clinical Practice. Waivers will not be made when every attempt to take the Illinois Certification Content Area Test has not been made.
