Placement
Professional Internship placements will be made within a 60-mile radius of the university or the point of commute for UTEP and MAT. Candidates with special needs (i.e., physical impairments, health problems) should make these known to the Director of Field Experience and Clinical Practice and should note those needs on the student teaching application. Placements cannot be made where conflicts of interest may be evident (family members employed within the district, student relatives, etc.).
