Licensure
Entitlement for licensure is contingent upon successfully completing all program and graduation requirements. Upon verification of successful completion, the School of Education will process candidate entitlement with the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) and notify candidates when entitlement is complete. Candidates must then use the ISBE electronic application system to submit application for teacher licensure and registration of the license. This system can be accessed via the ISBE web site www.isbe.net. Candidates are responsible for mailing ALL official transcripts to the ISBE.
