2.4.16 : Illegal / Illicit Drugs

The manufacturing, consumption, distribution, or possession of illegal drugs or use of prescription drugs outside of a physician’s orders. This includes possession of drug paraphernalia as well as distribution of one’s prescription drugs to another individual. Students who generate multiple reports of potential drug use may be subject to additional investigation including their optional participation in a drug screening test.
