2.4.30 : Sexual Assault

Acts of sexual penetration using force or threat of force. To this policy, students should understand: (a) sexual assault is committed whether the assailant is a stranger or an acquaintance; and (b) sexual assault is committed if the accused commits an act of sexual penetration and the victim was unable to understand the nature of the act or was unable to give knowing consent.
