Center for Teaching and Learning
The Center for Teaching and Learning will facilitate the professional development aspects of this plan, providing the resources to help faculty fulfill the requirements. The CTL will also organize faculty at the May Convention as faculty are choosing new FLCs or partnership with new evocative coaches. A majority of the structure will be completed and communicated through a course in D2L, that FLCs and ECs will log into as they begin their meeting. FLCs and ECs will then have access to supporting content, and the ability to Dropbox documentation into the course to provide evidence of progress towards objectives. This documentation can then be housed in the Center for Teaching and Learning, so that faculty or reviewers may have access to documentation.
