Special Education Instruction from a Distance
Teaching students with disabilities from a distance has its unique challenges. In this course, you'll discover a treasure trove of strategies, tools, and resources on which to build and/or improve online special education instruction for students with disabilities. Special Education Instruction from a Distance provides the opportunity to review and consider new-to-you methods for lesson planning, instruction, collaboration, and technology to ensure engagement for students with disabilities. As a culminating activity, you’ll create an innovative online lesson for students with disabilities and reflect upon it for your professional growth and increased student achievement.
