In this introspective and exploratory course, you will identify the characteristics and skills great teachers possess and ponder what makes a good teacher, great. Think back to why you chose the teaching profession and consider the power of your position to influence and mold the future. Understand how the relationships you create with students, parents, colleagues and administrators can help pave the path to teaching greatness and determine why practice and reflection are instrumental if we want to learn, grow, and master the art of teaching.
