Retirement Plan 403b

(All Employees except resident aliens and students)

The University offers a 403(b) Retirement Plan. The retirement plan allows employees to contribute tax deferred money (elective deferral) into a retirement annuity contract. All employees are eligible to make elective deferrals except student workers.

403(b) Discretionary Match

(Faculty and Regular Full-Time Employees)

The University may match a percentage of your elective deferral if you have completed 6 months and 1,000 hours of service. This percentage, if any, is determined each year. To continue eligibility, you must work at least 1,000 hours per calendar year. Adjunct Faculty are excluded from the Discretionary Match.
