2.8.23 : Lockouts

Students who find themselves locked out of their room should proceed through the following steps to gain access to their room:

1.    Attempt to contact your roommate

2.    Attempt to contact your RA

3.    If neither of the above are available, contact the following:

a.    8 a.m. and 8 p.m. : contact the RD on call at (618) 699-8012

b.    8 p.m. and 8 a.m. : contact the Campus Safety Duty Phone (618) 664-7777
