Article V: Greenville University Board Policy Manual
Policies governing acceptable, unacceptable, and expected practices in the operation of the Institution shall be contained in the Board Policy Manual. Such policies shall be the responsibility of the Board of Trustees. The policies shall direct the Board as to issues of governance and direct the President as to conducting the affairs of the Institution. The Board of Trustees shall maintain the Board Policy Manual, reviewing and updating it at each regular meeting, and providing updated copies to all board members following each board meeting. The Board Policy Manual must be consistent with these By-laws.
