Employment References
All requests for employment references must be directed to the Human Resources Office. No manager, supervisor, or employee is authorized to release references for current or former employees.
The Human Resources Office is responsible for responding to all reference check inquiries. Responses to such inquiries will confirm dates of employment and position(s) held. No employment data will be released without written authorization and release signed by the individual who is the subject of the inquiry.
If an employee authorizes disclosure in writing, we will also provide information on the amount of salary or wages the employee last earned to the requesting entity.
