CONFLICT RESOLUTION FOR THE ELEMENTARY TEACHER
Aside from academics, teaching students how to get along with their peers and how to appropriately handle everyday conflicts is essential to child development. In this course, you will explore the different conflict styles and examine why children need to be able to self-regulate their behavior. We will also address a variety of strategies that can aid an educator in creating a conflict resolution protocol for his or her classroom.
