COGNITIVE COACHING IN EDUCATION
This course is designed to help provide educators with ways to improve their classroom teaching practice, and professional growth mindset. The practice of cognitive coaching provides teachers with an in-depth analysis of their teaching practices and tools to help teachers to reflect and improve their practices. In this course you will explore the concept of cognitive coaching, the process of cognitive coaching, and devise ways to implement the practice in your school. You will learn the role of the coach, and the impact that cognitive coaching can have on the students, teachers, administrators and school culture.
