REWIRING EDUCATION: TEACHING AND ASSESSING ESSENTIAL 21ST-CENTURY FLUENCIES

We hear about 21st-century skills all the time in education, the news, and in governmental policies. But what does this really mean? What skills are essential for successful youth in this digital age? This course is designed to provide the 21st-century teacher with the essential skills and techniques for effectively integrating 21st-century skills into the modern curriculum.

The teacher will explore a 21st-century learning framework for developing students’ knowledge and skills in solution fluency, information fluency, creative fluency, media fluency, and collaboration fluency.
