CREATING A SUCCESSFUL PRACTICE IN THE FIRST YEARS OF TEACHING
Teaching can be a deeply meaningful and impactful profession, filled with the joy of helping children realize their full potential. New teachers who are more prepared have greater success guiding students to achieve academically and are more likely to remain in the teaching profession.

This course offers the new teacher a wide variety of tested strategies, activities, and tools for creating a positive and dynamic learning environment while meeting the challenges of each school day. This course is filled with valuable tips, suggestions, and ideas that will help the new teacher with everything from becoming an effective team player and connecting with students to handling behavior problems and working within diverse classrooms. By the end of this course, the teacher will be fully prepared to be highly effective in his or her first few years of teaching.
